Thanks Brian.

Yeah, I love the Bluetooth. I'm suprised I didn't mention it in my "impressions". I have the Nokia 6600 and it works nearly perfectly in my car. There are a couple of odd quirks.

When calling someone, the speaker/mic doesn't turn on for about a second, which is well after the answerer has said "Hello?" I am not sure I connected yet without having to see "connected" on the dash screen, and I also sound like a telemarketer (initial pause) so people have gotten good at hanging up when there is such a long pause
I can only upload 1 phonebook entry at a time, and I have to select the actual number I want to upload and not just the entry (if an entry has more than one number). Furthermore, the number can't have any other 'characters' in it like (, ), or -, etc. So I have to hand edit all my numbers before uploading them. And there is *no* way to store numbers in the car's phone book without using the phone's address book via bluetooth.

Minor points - but still affect how I use the system.

Great review! I bought a Prius a few weeks ago, same color as yours. If you got the "Package #6", you have what has become my favorite feature of the car: hands-free phone capability via Bluetooth.

If you don't have it or haven't tried it . . .

Your cell phone has to support Bluetooth for this to work. Your phone can be in your pocket, and when someone calls you, the car turns the audio system down, shows you that you're receiving a call, and lets you answer the call with a button on the steering wheel. You can speak without having to shout and you can hear the person you're speaking with through the car audio system.

I was on the phone speaking with someone as I walked out of a building and into my car. A few second after starting the car, the car and phone "transferred" me to the car's phone system, much to my surprise.

I absolutely love this feature.
