OS X: Command Line Profiler

Published in Technology  |  1 Comment

$ /usr/sbin/system_profiler

Outputs the system profile to stdout. So, pretty useful to do:

$ /usr/sbin/system_profiler > system_profile.txt

for having your system profile at hand (say, when ordering parts for your computer and you can’t remember the config. :) )
